YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

Last Updated: August 8, 2026

At BuzzBlock, we respect your privacy and provide consumers with choices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

This page explains certain privacy choices available to you and provides mechanisms for exercising applicable privacy rights.

For additional information about how BuzzBlock collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

For privacy-related questions, contact:

buzzblock.support@gmail.com

1. YOUR RIGHT TO CONTROL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to you, you may have certain rights concerning your personal information.

These rights may include the ability to:

  • Opt out of the sale of personal information;

  • Opt out of sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;

  • Opt out of certain targeted advertising;

  • Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;

  • Request access to personal information;

  • Request deletion of personal information;

  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information;

  • Request portability of personal information; and

  • Exercise other privacy rights provided by applicable law.

Not every right applies to every consumer or every business.

2. OPT OUT OF SALE OR SHARING

Certain privacy laws, particularly California's CCPA, use the terms “sale” and “sharing” in specific legal ways.

For example, certain disclosures of personal information to advertising or analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may constitute “sharing” under California law even when no money is exchanged.

If applicable, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Your current preference:

[ PRIVACY PREFERENCE CONTROL ]

Opt out of Sale or Sharing

[ ON / OFF ]

If you enable this option, BuzzBlock will process your request as an opt-out of applicable sale or sharing activities.

3. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU OPT OUT?

When you submit an applicable opt-out request, BuzzBlock will take reasonable steps to stop the sale or sharing of personal information covered by your request.

Where required by applicable law, the opt-out will apply to the browser, device, or consumer associated with the request.

An opt-out may affect certain forms of personalized or targeted advertising.

You may continue to see advertisements after opting out.

However, those advertisements may be less personalized.

An opt-out does not necessarily mean that all data collection stops.

For example, BuzzBlock may continue processing information that is:

  • Necessary to complete a transaction;

  • Necessary to provide a service you requested;

  • Necessary for security;

  • Necessary to prevent fraud;

  • Required by law; or

  • Otherwise permitted under applicable law.

4. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL

BuzzBlock supports applicable opt-out preference signals required by law.

One such signal is Global Privacy Control (GPC).

GPC is a browser-based privacy signal that allows a consumer to communicate an opt-out preference to websites automatically.

Where BuzzBlock is legally required to recognize a qualifying GPC signal, we will treat the signal as a request to opt out of applicable sale and sharing of personal information.

California's privacy authorities specifically recognize qualifying opt-out preference signals, including GPC, as a method for consumers to exercise their opt-out rights.

5. YOU DO NOT NEED AN ACCOUNT TO OPT OUT

Where applicable California law provides an opt-out right, BuzzBlock will not require you to create an account merely to submit an opt-out request.

We may request limited information where reasonably necessary to identify the applicable consumer or implement the request.

We will not use information collected solely to process an opt-out request for unrelated purposes except as permitted by applicable law.

6. COOKIE PREFERENCES

Your privacy choices regarding cookies and similar technologies may be managed separately through our Cookie Preferences mechanism.

Cookie Preferences may allow you to control certain categories of optional technologies, such as:

  • Analytics;

  • Advertising;

  • Personalization; and

  • Other optional tracking technologies.

Please note that cookie controls and the right to opt out of sale or sharing are not necessarily the same thing.

California regulations distinguish between cookie controls and mechanisms that actually exercise a sale/sharing opt-out.

7. LIMIT USE OF SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION

California law may provide a right to limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information.

If this right applies to BuzzBlock and your personal information, you may submit a request through the available privacy-request mechanism or by contacting:

buzzblock.support@gmail.com

BuzzBlock does not intend to use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted by applicable law without providing any required notice or choice.

8. REQUEST ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Depending on applicable law, you may request information concerning:

  • Categories of personal information collected;

  • Sources of personal information;

  • Purposes for collecting personal information;

  • Categories of third parties to whom information is disclosed;

  • Categories of information sold or shared;

  • Specific pieces of personal information, where applicable; and

  • Other information required by applicable law.

To submit a request:

Email: buzzblock.support@gmail.com

Subject:

Privacy Request – Access

9. REQUEST DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Depending on applicable law, you may request deletion of personal information collected about you.

To submit a deletion request:

Email: buzzblock.support@gmail.com

Subject:

Privacy Request – Delete My Information

Certain information may be retained where an exception under applicable law applies.

Examples may include information necessary to:

  • Complete a transaction;

  • Provide a product or service;

  • Detect or prevent fraud;

  • Maintain security;

  • Comply with legal obligations;

  • Establish or defend legal claims;

  • Maintain legally required records; or

  • Satisfy another applicable legal exception.

10. REQUEST CORRECTION

If you believe BuzzBlock maintains inaccurate personal information about you, you may request that the information be corrected where applicable law provides such a right.

To submit a correction request:

Email: buzzblock.support@gmail.com

Subject:

Privacy Request – Correct My Information

Please identify the information you believe is inaccurate and, where reasonably possible, provide the corrected information.

11. REQUEST DATA PORTABILITY

Where applicable law provides a right to portability, you may request your personal information in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format.

To submit a request:

Email: buzzblock.support@gmail.com

Subject:

Privacy Request – Data Portability

12. FLORIDA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a Florida resident and the Florida Digital Bill of Rights applies to BuzzBlock and your personal information, you may have additional rights, including rights concerning:

  • Access;

  • Correction;

  • Deletion;

  • Data portability;

  • Targeted advertising;

  • Sale of personal data; and

  • Certain profiling activities.

To exercise an applicable Florida privacy right:

Email: buzzblock.support@gmail.com

We will process applicable requests in accordance with the requirements and timelines of applicable Florida law.

13. PRIVACY REQUEST VERIFICATION

To protect personal information from unauthorized disclosure, BuzzBlock may take reasonable steps to verify certain privacy requests.

The level of verification may depend on:

  • The type of request;

  • The sensitivity of the information;

  • The potential risk of unauthorized disclosure; and

  • Applicable law.

We will seek to avoid collecting unnecessary information solely for verification.

For certain opt-out requests, applicable California law limits the circumstances in which a business may require identity verification.

14. NO DISCRIMINATION

BuzzBlock will not unlawfully discriminate against consumers for exercising privacy rights protected by applicable law.

We will not:

  • Deny goods or services solely because you exercised a protected privacy right;

  • Charge a different price solely because you exercised a protected privacy right; or

  • Provide a materially different level or quality of service solely because you exercised a protected privacy right,

except where a difference is permitted by applicable law.

15. CHANGING YOUR PREFERENCE

You may change your privacy preferences where the applicable mechanism allows you to do so.

If you previously opted out and later wish to opt back in, you may contact:

buzzblock.support@gmail.com

Where applicable law imposes a waiting period or specific requirements before a business may request or process re-authorization, BuzzBlock will follow those requirements.

16. RESPONSE TO OPT-OUT REQUESTS

For California requests to opt out of sale or sharing, businesses subject to the CCPA generally must act as soon as feasibly possible and no later than 15 business days after receiving the request.

BuzzBlock will process applicable requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

17. NO DARK PATTERNS

BuzzBlock intends to present privacy choices in a clear, understandable, and balanced manner.

We will not intentionally design this page to:

  • Hide the opt-out option;

  • Make opting out substantially more difficult than opting in;

  • Use confusing double negatives;

  • Mislead consumers about the consequences of exercising a privacy right; or

  • Otherwise interfere with a consumer's informed privacy choice.

California's privacy regulator has specifically warned businesses against the use of “dark patterns” that impair or interfere with consumers' privacy choices.

18. YOUR CHOICE DOES NOT AFFECT PAST PROCESSING

Opting out generally applies to future processing covered by the opt-out.

An opt-out does not automatically delete personal information that BuzzBlock previously collected.

If you want your information deleted, you may separately submit a deletion request where applicable.

19. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING

BuzzBlock may use third-party advertising and analytics technologies.

Depending on the technology actually used by BuzzBlock, these providers may process information relating to:

  • Website activity;

  • Device information;

  • Advertising interactions;

  • Conversion events;

  • Cookie identifiers;

  • IP address;

  • Products viewed;

  • Purchase events; and

  • Other technical or online identifiers.

The availability of an opt-out may affect certain advertising functionality.

BuzzBlock will implement applicable opt-out requirements based on the actual technologies and data practices used on the website.

23. IMPORTANT NOTICE

The privacy rights described on this page depend on applicable law and may not apply to every consumer or every processing activity.

Nothing on this page is intended to:

  • Create rights that do not exist under applicable law;

  • Eliminate rights that do exist under applicable law;

Where applicable law provides a consumer with a greater right or protection, that law controls.
